I love the dramatic long shadows that I make while lurking in my crimson coat (seriously my best $20 ever spent).
This was take back when I had normal hair, hair that didn't puff out all over the place and stick out or go straight up in the morning. I miss that hair.
This is how a drama queen spends a Saturday night. I did a few selfies after Mike and I did our shots together way back when in December.
I am reading so much symbolism into this. I think you are a person who seeks out the light and what is beautiful when times are dark. I think you cast a long shadow of influence in all you do.
@lesip Barely. I'm exhausted today. I don't know why it is so hard. Maybe that it's not just normal work and home, but sickness and lice and snow days. Hope it levels out soon. Today was a calmer day at work. Events are stressful to put on and we do 50 a year give or take.
Beautiful photo so well captured with the lighting. Looks like the perfect spot to chill out and enjoy the natural surroundings. I also like how you caught the shadows, too.
@amandal To tell the truth Amanda I had to get my science dictionary out because I remembered that a Redux reaction involved two chemicals in which one was oxidised and the other reduced. Naturally I wondered how that might apply to any encounter associated with your photo! But apparently those are called redox reactions!
@linnypinny I really played with making it like a painting in my edit. Thank you!!
@soboy5 Really appreciate that, Danny. It's the shadows and darkness, I think...and that pop of color.:)
@yrhenwr Such a lurker. I was going to mention that...did I? Thanks!!!
