Taking a Breather

I am taking a breather today. Not feeling well. I have 2 days off in a row and am going to try to force myself to take it easy, rest a bunch and lay low. This will be a challenge perhaps, but maybe not as I am feeling pretty rough.

Last night I was all body achy like I was coming down with the flu. I floated like this leaf in the tub last night and that helped the muscles.
