This time of year can be hard on me emotionally. It's the lacking Vitamin D and sunshine, I think. The being stuck indoors. The blah blah way it looks outside.
I do take Vitamin D every day this time of year and force myself to get out and walk the dog, get to the gym, etc.
I think that I am able to manage it pretty well, but after days on end of dreariness, I'm over it.
Anyway, just a concept for the emotions theme for my selfie project this week. I skipped last week, so will probably do two this week to make up for it. Mike is helping me with that theme as I was drawing blanks.
This was fun to do last night with my son. He helped me pick out what emotions to use and gave editing suggestions.
And even though I can sometimes struggle and war with my feelings, in the end I always choose joy. Because despite the circumstances and the feelings, Joy is always mine to choose.
Oh I love this ... might have to use it with my language students to see if they can label your moods and emotions. Actually quite a lot of your species are potential material for a bit of diversion Hhhhhh
