Mike, my parents and I found a favorite called Cappuccino Crunch...coffee flavored with heath bar (toffee bar) and chocolate fudgy swirls. We loved it so much we went back twice during trip and I've been to local ice cream shop twice since trying to recreate it.
This week I bought my own coffee ice cream and heath bars to make it myself.
