The brighter part of my day....

The short version: day trip to a wildlife area, mishap on a boardwalk with a rotten board, scraped and bruised knees (and ego)and my Nikon P900 now makes a bad screeching noise and the zoom lens refuses to zoom....Thank goodness the Sony, which I also was holding sustained no damage.

Sorry to hear that you fell...read you got the new camera and that's at least somewhat of a good outcome. I've heard good things about the new model!
