It certainly looks like mint! Crush some of the leaves between your fingers to find out for sure. There are some plants in the same family that aren't minty smelling.

All mints have square stems. They all also have four stamens, with two long two short, a united corolla with two lobes up and three lobes down. I can't tell from your photo because my eyes are old and tired. But maybe that will help. Great photo! It is a happy image.
