I walk a lot in and around Melbourne, reading the landscape with my feet and eyes and camera. Street art has proliferated in recent times, with the best of it adding colour and interest to urban landscapes. Graffiti and tags have also increased. I often ponder the difference between 'street art' and 'graffiti' and tags and where the line lies???
The trouble is that some graffiti is intrusive and moves into vandalism, it seems to me. So where's the line and who decided whether something should be painted on or not? @yaorenliu
