Down in the cellar . . .
Champagne bottles stored in the Seppelt cellars at Great Western, Victoria. Called 'The Drives', these underground tunnels, now heritage listed, were first excavated in 1868 and are the longest in the southern hemisphere.

Beautiful. One time, I visited a wine cellar. They still have red wine bottles from the 1920's.
