Natural and Manufactured

On the verandah enjoying some quiet time while out visiting today these are the two things that caught my eye. I pulled out my trusty coolpix and took a few photos. While I was playing around with the images 'natural vs man-made' came to mind - so I decided to create this.
I love this -- the beauty in nature contrasting with a very different kind of beauty in the structures. Elegance of simple pattern in the flower, complexity of patterns and reds in the still life. Very interesting concept!

Very creative Annie! I'm with you - much prefer letting my eye lead me versus calculating things my brain just doesn't want to retain.

@twistergirl hahahaha lucky I operate that way - the brain doesn't like to retain much nowadays

@sabresun thank you - my collage and triptych images usually eventuate because I have difficulty deciding which photos to post lol - this one for a change was intentional :)
