a friend in need

this gorgeous kooka and two or three others - has befriended the juvenile I have in care - he hangs around every day and they chat - he flies around the cage and keeps an eye out. Kookaburras are territorial and have family groups but are apparently quite happy to accept a juvenile into the fold - so I may be able to release him into our area.
