Kearsley Hotel by annied

Kearsley Hotel

I love taking photos buildings and houses out of the car window when I am on road trips (I am not driving at the time). So this month will be a selection of my drive by's from various places around N.S.W.
I am beginning with the Hunter region - mainly Cessnock but beginning with The Kearsley Hotel.

Kearsley is a small suburban town located in the local government area of the Cessnock City Council in the state of New South Wales. The earliest settlement activity began in the suburb in 1850. In the early times, much of the land in the surrounding areas were used for agriculture, dairy farming, grazing, saw-milling, coal mining and timber-getting

Kearsley Hotel was built in 1922 and is still standing in much of its original glory. This photo was taken January 2018.
The lighting on this building adds a cool effect.

I look forward to your "drive bys". It means something different here and involves a gun. Yours seems to involve beer....much better choice.
