Hi Annie! Get Pushed time! You are being pushed this week to take a photo with a theme "disaster". Big or small, serious or humorous - your choice. Have fun!
Everyone loves trains! When I was young, I loved visiting my grandmother where the trains came by and I'd run out front and wave! Our grandsons still do that at an outdoor restaurant where the train passes between the boundary and the ocean! The engineer knows the kids will be there and he blows the whistle! Fond memories for yet another generation!
When I was young we'd go to pick up my dad at the train station. It was always so exciting to see the engine coming down the track and look for him in the window. Sometimes we'd even put a penny on the track and when the train left it would be totally flat and have no more markings on it. We thought that was so cool! I imagine this train had a few similar stories as it carried people to and fro. Good shots- nice diptych!
