Well, my Fitbit metrics strongly support the suspicion that my body doesn't like me very much this morning. Sleep Score, HRV, RHR, and BR are all tragic and out of their typical range 😅

Forced myself to persevere with Mass Effect with the caveat that I'm just going to forge ahead without obsessing over all the dialogue & codex's - even though I know it's relevant to understanding wtf is going on properly. The result is, I've actually enjoyed it a lot more, so maybe that's the key - stop being so overzealous when it comes to the lore. Just play the fucking game instead... 🎮
