We didn’t plan on it being Demo Day but a brainstorming session with neighbor Jack morphed into Demo Day. We’re remodeling the sunroom which was originally a patio the previous owner enclosed. It’s cold in the winter and hot in the summer, so we’ll be insulating as well as putting up drywall, window trim, new lighting, fresh paint and lastly new floor. Baby Shower is March 31. No pressure guys.
