We haven't even opened all our gifts yet, we like to make the season last , but this Le Creuset Braiser is a favorite. I'm making an Asian inspired braised eggplant dish tonight. I didn't have a photo for my blip today, so the braiser will be yet showcased again. It is such a versatile pan, a great addition to my 25 year plus collection. All are this Flame color except for my large red oval Dutch Oven. These will all eventually be passed down to my niece Sarah who is a fabulous cook.
After relaxing all day yesterday, we both went back to work, household business for me and work from home for T, she will take off the rest of the week. We have a special day on New Years's Eve, but will be staying put, staying safe. I was shocked at the grocery store today to see so many unmasked people. We are under an indoor mask 'Advisory', but apparently many people are not worried about Omicron or community spread.
