A shot taken a couple of days ago when we had sunshine !! Today was another dull & dreary day -not a glimmer of sun in the sky !! I do not know if the framing is a bonus or not !! Is the frame too dark& heavy ? what do you think -would appreciate honest crit .
I've had a look at this shot large and there's some really nice detail there. The background is out of focus, which is good, and the colours are bright and vibrant. I'm not sure about the purple border, but the black background helps to highlights the flowers. Good photo Beryl.
thanks Lee , I thought the black border would enhance & make the crocus more prominent to the eye I agree that perhaps the purple inner border is not so clever !! .I have only jut ventured into processing photos ,I sould have played arround more until i was happier with the result in stead of been hasty !!! --- againwe could argue * beauty is in the eyes of te beholder !!Again thanks to@gamelee
