After super skies, thunder & a downpour last night -the garden looks lovely & fresh this morning . So glad that I manage to tie up the couple of the Margarites that had escaped my previous staking
It's amazing how all of a sudden the lawns need mowing again -
Such a fresh & sunny new day -but I have woken eith amassive sore throat & feeling under the weather !! ( drat & double drat !!!)
Thank you all for looking in ,your kind comments & favs --they are all so encouraging --thanks
Wonderful shot Beryl, the rain is welcome but The hail we had two weeks ago smashed holes in my Car port / garage and now I have noticed holes in the Conservatory so this damage will have to be dealt with, looks like two new roofs£££££££
Very pretty Beryl our grass was looking like straw but is gradually turning green again. Looks like that Sedum (?) in the foreground will be out soon. Hope the sore throat doesn't develop and you feel better soon.
Pretty garden shot Beryl. Hope you are not too poorly - get well soon.
We have had a short 4 night break to Prague and couldn't believe how much things have grown on the allotment while we were away (including the weeds!)
@purplehaze12 Such a much needed rain for the gardens --bur in spite of it all it hasn#t gone very deep in the soil !! but the plants have indeed (& unfortunately the weeds ) seem to have benefited & enjoyed the rain !
