@lucypics I thought it was a Honey bee -- quite a few come to my garden but I am not aware of anyone keeping hives -but it's quite poss as we live on the outer edge of town & in quite a rural area !

Many thanks to all of you --just as well that my amera is not too heavy & with the aid of the neck strap -it's amazing what one can do !! @happypat i completely agree --such a lovely way to be in touch with like minded people while being laid up !! My only gripe is that I'm confined to my garden for my shots !! --Aah ! well I must be patient -& patience is not my strongest virtue !!
