That brings back memories, Beryl. I remember falling off a donkey as a little kid, on the nearby beach, much to everybody's amusement, and I spent hours on the Great Orme and the Happy Valley. Haven't been there for over 50 years. So I love your image and that beautiful blue sea. A great bit of titivation!

@happypat Pat ,I've just said ,how 365 brings back all sort of memories !! It is very long last time I was there I would get up early to walk the length of the pier to take in the sea air once they unlocked the gates

Thank you all --very frustrated at the moment my usual laptop down ( virus me thinks !! ) this one with something wrong will not allow me to transfer photos to library to down load here such a pain have had loads of trouble with this new laptop --just feel like throwing it through the window this morning !! Next grind arm in sling for next 6 weeks & there fore can not drive hence it will be sometime next week before I can take them to be seen to !! ( moan over !!!)
So sorry for not being around much lately, am really struggling to keep up with commenting. How is the shoulder coming along, I hope its not giving you too much pain, apart from not being able to drive?!
@jo13 Hi , thanks for looking in !! Have just started on my physio -- gritting my teeth !! grrrrrrh !! The only thing that gets me is the tremendous tiredness I suffer !! and the painful knee ( the next joint to be replaced !! ) How are you getting along I hope you are getting better !

@gerry I am very frustrated at the moment as one laptop is down & this one is playing up -- it will not down load photos -- hence no photos since the 4th Sept !! I can not take them to be mended until my friend picks me up to go to the Rheumatologist on thurs as I still have my arm in a sling for the next 4 wks hence can not drive after my shoulder replacement op !! very frustrating !!
@beryl Sorry to hear that Beryl I am back to see the Ortho pead team tomorrow at Ashford Hospital i had the Mri Scan 18th of last month went for physio two weeks ago to be told your scan results came through and you have a ruptured Muscle but the exercises hurts my leg quite a bit will mention that to the ortho Consultant tomorrow
@gerry@steampowered Thank you both -- The Rheumatology check up is an on going 3 monthly check ups !! just good to think someone is keeping an eye on me & my medication !!
