Just in bud and just about to show it's colour . on the 12th I shall be having y knee replacement surgery - I shall return to you all when I come back home !
My favourite winter flower....the smell is divine. Every year I vow to pot some bulbs up & every year I remember when I see other peoples coming into flower.

Thinking of you, Beryl. Really sympathise and empathise, too. I had a double knee replacement back in 2009. Rather lost interest in my photography for quite a while after the surgery. It's tough and quite a long haul to recovery. Good luck.

@paulaw Thanks Paula -- not having the best of times had infection in the wound and cellulitis in the lower part of the leg hence been on antibiotics for a week finishing tomorrow then onto another antibiotic more specific for the cellulitis for another wee -- the itching is drd !!
@tremerryn@yrhenwr Thank you for your kind messages still feeling irritated with the extra discomforts --the cellulitis ,swelling & itching is driving me mad & part of the wound is till not healed -- sod's law !! -- but must soldier on -arghh !! Patience is a virtue I tend to lack !!
Beryl!!! Just got your comment, you are around again! Great! I hope you are feeling better, cellulitis is meant to be horrible. Hopefully it wont be long until you are skipping around like a spring lamb.
