Not feeling too good today hence I have no photo mojo !!--I have upset stomach and a thumping headache -- headache is better by now but my stomach is still iffy !! So apologies in advance for the lack of comments !

Thank you all for your lovely comments on my beautiful North Wales .and thank you for your best wishes I suffer with IBS --but fortunately not too often as I usually stay clear of food that trigger it off --but unfortunately I had an extremely strong Costa coffee !! (slightly stewed ) after my meal out the day before but too mean to leave it as I had paid for it !! --lesson learnt !! I am feeling a little better today , but it will take a few days to settle again !
