I met up with my friend yesterday and she was wearing the most gorgeous hand crafted poppy ! Mary had bought it at a craft fair where a friend of her friend had her craft stall and had crafted and sown these silk poppies to sell on her stall . Both Mary and I are "crafty" people and so we could appreciate the intricate work in producing such life-like and high standard piece of needle craft .
