My little boy deserves to be on my page on the 1st of May .This afternoon I took him to the Vet's for his annual booster and kennel cough vaccinations-- not an experience he relishes -- the tail goes down and we have the panting and heavy breathing -- he simply hates the kennel cough squirted up his nose -- as I could not hold him with my poorly arm the nurse held him which worked well as he was so glad to come back to me with a waggy tail to go out of the surgery.
The word of the day for 1st May is Nursery rhymes -- so I thought this photo would suffice for "Old Mother Hubbard ,She went to her cupboard ,to give her poor dog a bone !!-- OK I know I am stretching it a bit !!

Gorgeous Alfie! Well done! Finlay hates the vet too! I had to get the nurse to hold him for the kennel cough up the nose squirt! Done for another year!

@eyesmile Thanks Gena , That is HIS stool in the conservatory -- he likes it in that spot as he lounges and stairs at his domain (the back garden ) But no matter where I put the stool he will jump up to claim his "perch " !!!
I'm sure your cupboard is not bare Beryl!! Alfie looks very regal sitting there....a very brave boy today. I think it was a master move getting the nurse to hold Alfie..he would be bound not to dare play up with her!
