This really brightens up the side of the building facing the car park , and at night it is lit up with Security light and I also saw it had security cameras .
NB --An added information -- this is painted on a building housing a small electronic business -- the entrance is through the black door to the right . I assume that Kenny Ken is the name of the propitiator or perhaps his nick name or the name of the business .
