This fuchsia is a cutting from my hardy fuchsia that I have had in my garden for many years and is still in full bloom !
I am feeling very much under the weather with headache , sore throat , head cold and feeling lethargic and generally useless !I In spite of this lousy head cold -- I feel so happy as --
!) I had the confirmation from the DVLA that I can continue to drive as my Sleep Apnoea is successfully treated with the CPAP .
2) My arm/shoulder is getting so much stronger and I can manage to use my Panasonic Camera -after months of only been able to handle my small camera
3)The sun is shining and there is lots of colour still in the garden !!
This is beautiful so many blooms still and looking at your shots for this month you have shown us so many colourful displays. Sorry about your cold but great to have some good news at last and be able to get out and about independantly at last. All your patience and physio etc is paying off.
Lovely collage of a great plant. A long time favorite of mine. You take care, those head colds are the worst. Take care of the arm too and don't over do with the heavier camera.
Great to read you news Beryl, hope you get the rest of your mojo back soon. Lovely fuchsia shots, such a welcome splash of colour at this late time of year.
Good for you Beryl, all good positive things.....long term ones too as a cold is fleeting & will soon pass. So glad about the driving, that is the best!
Fuchsias are amazing flowers. For longevity & colour!
great to hear you can see the positives Beryl and really pleased for you to be able to keep driving. Power to your elbow! Hope the cold goes away soon, nothing makes you feel so rotten as a cold. Love the fuchsia remind me of my Granddad and Dad both keen fuchsia nurserymen.
Beautiful shots. It sounds as though the good things outweigh the bad at the moment even though you have a cold and a sore throat. Good news about driving and the camera. Hope you feel better soon.
Great collage of your pretty fuchsia witha lovely combination of colours. Pleased to hear you are able to drive again and your shoulder has improved so much. Hope you get rid of that cold quickly and will soon be feeling tip top again
Such a wonderful disposition. Congrats on getting the go ahead. So impressive these beautiful blooms are still thriving. Ours is very much on the wane.
