Tessa is my " over the road " neighbour , who like me is an ex-teacher and who loves her garden . She spends many a happy hour potting plants and tending to her garden .She does have a gardener to do the lawns and heavy work while she potters around .
We had a chat on Sunday and our conversation included many topics from the devastations occurring in many of the countries of the world to the more at home affairs and -- wait for it , slugs ,snails ,green and black flies , the birds , everything in the garden growing wild !! etc etc etc !!!!! How the time flies while we natter !
Lovely capture of Tessa doing what she loves. She reminds me of my elderly neighbour who loved to garden and have a chat about the state of the world her plants and insects that are eating them. Unfortunately she now has Alzheimer's and can no longer communicate.
