Amaryllis -- another update

I am so envious of so many of you with your beautiful Amaryllis in full bloom -- My plant is growing slowly ( not quick enough for me !! ) Now I have two flower buds !
Friday seems to have come around very quickly again -- So a Happy Weekend to you all !!

As framed I prefer the colour version, however if the crop took out the pot, I would have preferred the mono version.

Love this version. B/W flowers don't do it for me. I look forward to seeing more of this amaryllis. You might be waiting a long time Beryl but yours will be flowering long after mine have finished.

I am sure it is just a late developer and she will surprise you soon. An RAF friend of mine called her daughter Amaryllis. a beautiful flower but not sure I would like to be saddled with a name like that.

Great capture Beryl mine had two flower stems which have now flowered and withered.You still have the enjoyment of watching them grow.
