Nature is gradually coming alive - a lot of the fruit trees are on the verge of bursting out in blossom . This fruit tree was certainly in blossom -- I was informed it is a damson tree .I just hope it has not blossomed too early for the frost to kill the fruit . ( nice on black )
Easter Monday , and what a wet and dreary day - a total washout for most of the UK . I believe !
Lovely, the promise of things to come! Not a sign of anything here yet, no cherry, Kerria,Montana,or clematis, the ground is boggy and the Hawthorne hedges are just starting to show a little green. I’m sick of waiting!
