..…. and a nice cup of tea for my tea !
Rooibos or Red-bush is my favourite tea and do not drink anything else at home !Ha ha ! posh today with my cup and saucer ! - I usually drink from a mug - but I do like it to be a china mug !!
A cold but lovely sunny morning and just about to prepare our lunch - The pork is already in the oven , and the vegetables all ready to prepare !
I MAY ice my Christmas cake later on !!
Cool shot. My hot drink is always a hot coffee in a china mug and because I drink a lot of coffee I use instant coffee which is not as strong as other coffees.
A great way to start your day. I’ve not seen this brand here. I do love Earl Grey tea but I’m a coffee girl, so I only have tea a few times a week. Usually in the early afternoon.
I love red bush tea. We discovered it when reading a quirky little book called the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency. It was so much fun we went on a hunt for Red Bush Tea.
A great shot of a warming cuppa, and everything sounds as if it’s running smoothly. I have just made my Christmas sausage rolls to cut the workload on Christmas Eve, they are now in the freezer, one more job done.
I have never heard of Red Bush tea Beryl. I must look fir it in the shops. I don’t tend to go down the tea isle as I always buy Tetley one cup tea bags from the cash & carry. We don’t like strong tea so one cup ones are ideal, even then i don’t like the bag pressed against the side or left in long. We could nearly get away with one bag between the two of us but don’t. I like mine in a china mug with not a lot of milk. It has to be very hot...I hate luke warm tea.
Wondering is this loose tea or bags?
@happypat - I think Red Bush is rather an acquired taste Pat , but I have got used to it by now and find normal teas bitter . Like you I only like weak teas , and I have a spot of milk in mine too . This is in teabags and Morrisons sell about three different brands of it ! My first cup in the morning is coffee then tea all day until the last drink of the day being coffee again - -- we are strange creatures of habit aren't we !! :)
@craftymeg - Nothing like preparing in advance for Christmas I have already made my apple sauce , my cranberry sauce and in the freezer . Shall make my breadcrumbs for stuffing and bread sauce , chop onions and freeze this coming week , it all helps with cutting down on the workload on the day !
