Budding out all over

The flower buds on my early flowering cherry tree are on the verge of opening - to bring colour into the winter garden .
The month has flown by and we are in the last day of January . No severe winter so far - but two more months before we are clear of wintery weather .

Beautiful capture. The tree looks so lovely. Today was a hot day here and the signs of Spring are already with us. One of my tulips flowered today and the
Freesias are budding. Winter has been quite mild.
