Everlasting Sweet-Peas by beryl

Everlasting Sweet-Peas

I love my everlasting or perennial sweet peas . The seeds were grown from the plant at my family home some 28 years ago and they have been flowering annually in the same spot in my garden ever since !I love their cheerful little faces ! A cold blistery and showery morning , so much colder with the need of the heating for a few hours this morning .
Fabulous shot of these amazing sweet peas, they must smell divine.

Yes we have had our heating on this morning too! What a change from last weekend. I love sweet peas as they always seem to have such happy faces

Sweet peas are so thankful. I wish I had more room in our very small garden. we're trying to grow a clematis without much luck. maybe we should switch over to swet peas.

I love these too. They are such a showy flower and I presume they take no looking after?

@busylady - So true Judith - - they just come where and when they like - I only tidy them so that they do not spread too much , a scattering of "growmore" ! once a year and a little watering in dire drought ! - the way I like it these days !!!!

Great sentimental flowers there Beryl then....lovely that they are still flowering in your own garden. Love the perfume of sweet peas....But it’s fantastic to have them come up each year without any sewing.
