Salvia - Hot lips

The Salvia - hot lips is having a second flush of flowers , I pruned it back in August when it became to look very straggly , and now looks beautiful again !

Love the comp. We had a hot lips salvia, but Hubby didn’t like the pruning. It was an extremely vigorous plant that wanted to take over the yard. So it is unfortunately gone now.
