Day 104 - I loathe stinging nettles, they always catch me unawares and I end up getting stung (as a child I fell in a large patch of them - ouch!) this little forget-me-not was growing up through them!
Nice comparison!! Me too, I fell in a patch 6 ft high growing in my dads glasshouse that he wasn’t growing anything in, apart from nettles! I was a teenager at the time and no one to help me get up, I still remember that very painful experience!.
Oh my! Can you don leather gloves and long sleeves and cut the nettles down? We don’t have them, we have Kudzu ivy which has thorns and winds over everything it gets near.
