Day 301 - This was a fir tree in my daughters garden before her husband chopped it down, it was only when they removed the soil around it they saw just how much of a monster root ball it has. They keep digging but it’s not moving so we might hire a chain saw and saw it into chunks!
What enormous root ball- I always wonder why this happens! perhaps something has hindered their growth in the soil - perhaps you will find hidden treasures underneath it!
