Day 151 - Today we used our Christmas present from my daughter - a tour of English Spirit Distillery a small batch distillery in Essex, producing the most amazing gins, vodkas, liquors, rums and my favourite sambuca. After an informative tour around the grade 2 listed barn learning the history of how it all began and by who, we rounded it off with an extensive taste testing of the products - lucky we walked to the distillery and booked into a hotel for the night!
