If anyone can identify this little bird as being something different than a junco, please provide some information. In the photos I've seen online I didn't see any with reddish color on the side under the wing. I know that juncos typically only have shown up at our feeders when there is heavy snow like we received this week...
Barb, interestingly when I looked up the junco ID info, there is a variety of the bird called “pink-sided” which is found near the Rocky Mountains. Perhaps…?
