Musical Ride

As much as I enjoy taking pictures there are certain things that are better seen in person. The Musical Ride is one of them. The Lord Strathcona Royal Horse Regiment was performing at the celebration held here for Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee.
The performance really is something to watch. We enjoyed seeing them in there uniforms riding on these beautiful horses. The talent that it takes to be able to perform these manouvers with such precision truly is a marvel to behold

very interesting! I have have seen the RCMP musical ride in Ottawa and it is really amzing how talented the riders and horses are.
