What's in the Bag Binky

So I had a few thoughts for a shot today for the november word challenge but when I met Melody downtown afterwork I decided to go with a shot for the weekly theme,
She had done some shopping today and made a stop a Holt Renfrew. I asked what was in the bag and Binky, that is one of her nicknames, told me it was none of my business. How rude!!! I think it might have something to do with my birthday coming up in December. I offered on couple of occasions to carry it for her but to no avail. I guess I will have to be paitent. Hmmm...that might prove difficult. As I am typing this she is sitting beside me spewing off all of the classic cliches, did I spell that one correctly, concerning paitents. So I guess we will all just have to wait to find out what is in the bag.
