Drive-In Theatre

So the reason for our weekend getaway to Calgary was to celebrate Melody's Birthday. We had planned to come here for my Birthday in December but the weather made us stay in Edmonton. The weather has been perfect this weekend so we came and have been having a wonderful time. Mel did allow me to choose one thing to do this weekend so we went to Gasoline Alley which is a huge indoor collection of antique vehicles.
One of the displays they have is showing off what it was like to take in a movie at a drive-in theatre. They have a car set up that you can sit in and they take your picture.
So we both had a fun time here and then we went to another mall which Mel really enjoyed. Then back to the hotel with a short walk downtown followed by a very nice dinner at the hotel. It has been a fabulous weekend which unfortunately ends tomorrow with us having to go back to reality

@summerfield It was fun to have this here and yes Mel is losing weight. She has been on her weight loss journey now for two years and she has lost a total of 125 lbs with another 30 to finish it off. She is hoping to do this by March 4 as that will mark the two year date
