So yesterday was a very busy day. We were gone all day long running errands and then at the end we met with some friends for dinner. It was a belated birthday celebration. We went to one of our favorite little restaurants, The Upper Crust Cafe. Located in the Garneau district of Edmonton near the university it is a lovely place for a nice evening out. I took this shot as we left the restaurant. I was so tired by the time we got home that I am not posting this one until Sunday afternoon which is a day late, oops. So now I will have to try and get caught up. At least it is only one day behind.
Reminds me of a place I used to eat at when I was a kid and there was too much snow to drive home at lunch time. My parents would pick me up from school and bring me to this lovely little restaurant that looks similar to this one. Thanks for bringing up fond memories. :)
@summerfield They have great food. A regular menu and then they have specials that change. They also have a fantastic dessert selection. We will have to treat you to an evening out whenever you make it out our way
