When all else fails go with what you love

I have come to the conclusion doing this project that most of us have that favorite spot to take pictures. Living in Edmonton one of my favorite spots is the old warehouse district downtown. So I got of the bus and went for a walk and decided that I would go for a back alley shot. This particular building has been converted into lofts. I do love the old sign that is still on the side of the building. I figured it would look good in black and white and I had not done one for awhile so here it is

You are right! This is more fun if you take pictures of what you love. This is a wonderful photo! It is neat that the old sign was left on the building after the transformation.

I really enjoy seeing the original signs preserved on the sides of old buildings. It really gives them character. Nice capture.
