Leeds is a fairly green city, lots of parks and tree's everywhere..
Took this just as the sun started to go low, nice day today. Sunny like yesterday but a lot warmer :-) Yay for a Simpsons sky!
Edit: How do I get 365 colours to marry up with those on my computer? Anyone know? They always seem a bit flat.
@blightygal Well I just guessed really. Armley Road has never looked so pleasant! It was a lot warmer today wasn't it I went out dressed for the Arctic and ending up melting before the bus stop!
Nice photo. Looks like it should be used as a recycle ad, or something of that "green" nature. Looks professional.
When you're editing a photo in Photoshop, make sure you're working in the sRGB colorspace. That is the most compatible with use on the internet. Simply go to Edit and Color Settings. Make sure the working space is sRGB IEC91966-2.1. If you're currently using normal RGB, pictures can often be flat or muddy. Let me know if that helps. There's a lot of debate on what color space to use on other things, but for internet, this is the best.
@paulcleveland Thankyou! I do work in RGB, but will double check everything. Its only recently that I've noticed the change, so perhaps I've mucked up my settings without thinking. Cheers, really appreciated :-)
I love this - it's so cheerful and bright. I find the same with the colours - I find I usually have to boost them up a bit so they don't look dull here!
Oooo this is great Freida. I actually like the colouring here, but would be intertesting to see how the original looks. I have the opposite trouble today - my pic was done in PS at work and looks ok on the work PC, but on my laptop looks too over saturated
This is such a beautiful picture, I just love the composition and color..would like it on my wall here and when I'm stressed I could just stare at it and be calm.
I can see why this is such a favorite with everyone! The simplicity of the image is just charming! I'm so glad this was where I landed as I slowly make my way around to say thank you for the nice note of congratulations the other day! I love the British word I learned on 365..."chuffed" I think it means "pleased"...we are :-)
Tomorrow morning crack of sparrow up on North Norfolk coast, walking and sea watching/birding. Sunday shopping....hopefully new boots...yay!! :-) You? More decorating?
Very pretty

Not sure what you mean re the 365 colours statement.
I hate the word re, used far too often in business these days. Doh.
For some reason the photo's look really vivid on photoshop, but not on 365 - the blue was really bright :-(
