Bottom cat

There's always one isn't there? One cat that has to be top cat in the neighbourhood, causing misery to all the other cats (and their parents).
Well, yep, embarrassingly our cat is the top cat, or at least was. I've bought water pistols for 5 people so far over the years because our cat was breaking into their homes and terrorising their pet and so many apologies for cats being cats.

And this is our cat feeling sorry for himself. Came home in the morning, yet again without his collar and covered in scratches, chunks of fur missing and a nasty cut above his eye with a bit of cat nail stuck in it. Spent the day looking after him and he didn't move from this spot other than to eat. All day.

Problem is that our cat is getting old now, too old to start a fight - he is coming home in more and more of a state but he doesn't seem to learn that he's sliding down the ladder to being bottom cat, like it or not. Hoping it sinks in soon!
