Still not seeing many buds or blooms yet so I guess I'll just have to settle for this weed today. I have no idea what it is but it's a dainty little thing.
It is very delicate. Nicely shot with the shallow dof. thank you for you very ncie comments. Check the riverbanks for pussywillow bushes. they love the wet areas. I even found some when I went to the beach yesterday.
Fantastic shot! Just for those who are intersted, it seems to be an Arabidopsis thaliana, the most popular model plant for scientists, and very common in gardens too. Don't know about the common English name, but Wikipedia says it's Thale Crest. Knowing how small the plant is, your capture is really excellent! Love the angle and DOF!
