Another perishing morning and the ice was thick on the cars again. This was the view from the back door - a contrail and one single lighted window.
Slept better today other than a little active mind thinking about the day's interviews so didn't do 'worry time' just concentrated on getting into the zone for them. Such a lot of process and forms but I eventually got myself into a routine with them. Had pre-meets with the other panel members and wrote out detailed timings for test, interview etc.
Went very well - out of 3 today we have one strong, one just scraped though and one fail. And 4 more on Thursday. Relaxing now, Dave will be doing an omelette and apparently Winterwatch is back tonight, though we decided to watch Onwards instead and get the DVDs sent back tomorrow.
