Marmalade making

I ran out of marmalade this year for the first time since I was married. I've had to resort to making some lime and chilli marmalade instead as the Seville oranges won't be in the shops until January.

How strange....I have been making tomato and chilli chutney, I think it will take a day or so to dispel the smell. Great collage.

Imust admit I'm not a marmalade fan - Nigel is though so I buy the odd jar - but lime and chilli looks very tasty!
