It was so nice to read all your lovely comments after we came back from a weekend in Portsmouth. This is the Spinnaker Tower which is 170 metres high and was opened in 2005. It was a sparkling day and of course we had to go up to the top! (See tomorrow's post)
@busylady she hated it LOL ... I had to visit every weekend and sleep on her floor, leaving Monday at 5am for work in Wales at 9am ... she only spent the first year there ~ completed in Wales ... student life away from home wasn't all she thought it would be... but yes we had some lovely weekends there :-)
