Autumn at Jordan's Mill by busylady

Autumn at Jordan's Mill

We had a lovely day out with our son and granddaughter at Jordan's Mill (of Jordan's cereal fame). The newly developed site has been refurbished and was re-opened to the public in 2013 by Prince Charles. The Mill gardens are well worth a look and were designed by Chelsea Flower show winners Toll and Kitson (who I've never heard of.)
Great shot & colours, fav

Rich vibrant colour Judith......Jordons has a proper place then not just some fancy name with no meaning! The rich grasses, green hedge & various tree colour is so warm & welcoming. There was a programme about why the trees have kept their colour this year on tonight but I missed it.

@judithg Yes it's near Biggleswade. There's a cafe for tea or lunch and they do a guided tour of the old mill. A good place to go when you've got friends visiting.
