Cinque Terre

This is Riomaggiore, one of the 5 villages in the Cinque Terre which are only accessible by boat or rail. We were supposed to be arriving by boat, but it was too windy so all the boats were cancelled. Its just amazing how the houses seem to be piled on top of each other

These villages are unreally beautiful! We went a few years ago and did manage to get on a boat, but alas after only one village Dave passed out (combination of seasickness and dehydration) and the whole boat had to turn back so he could be carted off to hospital... Still traumatised by it ha ha!
