Peter and I were treated by our daughter and partner to a high tea at Carriages in Fenstanton this afternoon. It was a thank you for putting them up for a few weeks while they worked on their new house. Such an array of lovely food, so much that we took what we couldn't manage home. The station and carriages were done out in thirties style with appropriate music playing, so all in all a lovely experience.
@phil_howcroft No, sadly not, it was parked. Its in Fenstanton, but the station building was brought from Oakham (or was it Oundle?) Still it all looked very authentic
